The Client assigns and the Company undertakes, on such terms as are set out throughout this Agreement, the obligation to provide the Client with the following advertising services (hereinafter referred to as "Provided Services") in the Company's Media, which shall include, but shall not be limited to the following:
1. Advertising entries in print media
2. Advertising entries in the Company's web portals, and
3. Advertising in the Company's TV channel.
in accordance with the Annex 1 of this Agreement.
Agreements not included herein regarding the advertising/promotional material (e.g duration of videos, dimensions of article/banners, exact time of publication etc.), shall be specified by the Parties during this Agreement in good faith and for the purpοse of executing this Contract.
The parties agree that the final content of the Client's communication will be created/edited and defined by the Client, it shall relate to the services offered by the Client and shall be configured in accordance with the Client's communication priorities.
