In addition, this conference was also combined with a Workshop on Chinese Practices of Innovation and Creativity Industry. This workshop attracted many famous ex- perts and senior government officials who are interested in Chinese practices in the area of innovation in the creativity industry. KSEM 2013 attracted numerous high-quality, state-of-the-art research pa- pers from various countries. All submitted manuscripts were peer-reviewed by at least two PC members as well as external reviewers. Based on the referee re- ports, 33 papers were accepted as regularpresentations and 18 papers for short presentations.Besides,theconferencealsofeaturedkeynotespeakersandinvited talks.
