Therewere498submissions.Eachsubmissionwasreviewed byatleast3,andon average3.5,ProgramCommitteemembers.Thecommitteedecidedtoaccept150regular papers(30%acceptancerate)and19specialtrackpapers,givingatotalof169papers. Wehaveseparatedtheproceedingsintothreevolumes:LNCS13368,13369,and13370. KSEM 2022 was the fifteenth in this series of conferences which started in 2006. Theaimofthisinterdisciplinaryconferenceistoprovideaforumforresearchersinthe broadareasofknowledgescience,knowledgeengineering,andknowledgemanagement to exchange ideas and to report state-of-the-art research results. KSEM is in the list of CCF (China Computer Federation) recommended conferences (C series, Artificial Intelligence). The objective of KSEM 2022 was to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry, and government to advance the theories and technologies in knowledge science, engineering, and management. KSEM 2022 focused on three broad areas: Knowledge Science with Learning and AI (KSLA), Knowledge Engineering Research and Applications (KERA), and Knowledge Management with OptimizationandSecurity(KMOS).
