Sub :- Industrial Dispute between the Management of Alliance Educational Trust , Panambi and
Sri Abdul Khader - Referred for Adjudication - Erratum -O rders Issued .
Read :- 1 . G.O. (R t ) 877 /2 017 /L BR dated 7-7-2017 .
2. Representation dated 1-2-2021 from Sri Abdul Khader .
3 . Letter No. 3112 /2 021 -I R (2 ) dated 1-12-2021 from the Labour Commissioner .
ORDER
As per Government order read above , Government referred an Industrial dispute between
Sri K. K. Ashraf , Chairman , Alliance Educational Trust , Panambi , Perinthalmanna , Malappuram
District and Sri Abdul Khader to the Labour Court , Kozhikode for adjudication .
As per letter read as 2nd paper above , the petitioner Sri Abdul Khader S/ o
Muhammed Haneefa Ravuthar , Nellisseri Parambil , Kunnappaly P. O. , Malappuram District has
requested to implead the Chairman Alliance Educational Trust, Panambi , Perinthalmanna , Malappuram
District as the Management party in the Government Order read above .
Government have examined the matter in detail and in exercise of Powers conferred by
section S. 10 (5 ) of the Industrial Dispute Act of 1947 , hereby directed to implead the Chairman ,
Alliance Educational Trust , Panambi , Perinthalmanna , Malappuram District as the Mangement party
in this dispute .
The Govt . Order read above will stand modified to the above extent .

ORDER
G.O. (R t .) No. 1451 /2 021 /L BR . Thiruvananthapuram , 14th December 2021 .
Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between
Dr. Harisoman , Sole Proprietor , Haris Diabetic and Fertility Centre , Plavinmoodu , Puthenkulam P. O. ,
Paripally , Kollam and the Nursing Assistant of the above referred establishment represented by
Sri . G. Jayaprakash , President Pvt . Hospital , Employees Association of Kerala INTUC , Mundakkal ,
Kollam in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute
for adjudication ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 (1 ) (c ) of the Industrial
Disputes Act of 1947 (C entral Act XIV of 1947 ) the Government hereby direct that the said
industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court , Kollam . The Labour Court will
pass the award within a period of three months .
ANNEXURE
Whether the denial of employment to Smt . B. Ambili , Nursing Assistant , Haris Diabetic and
Fertility Centre , Plavilamoodu , Puthenkulam P. O. , Paripally , Kollam . By the management
is justifiable of not ? If not , what relief the worker is entitled to get ?
