PREAMBLE Dargah Hazrath Mastani Amma, BSA, Road, Tannary Road, Bengaluru is Gazette notified Waqf institution, notified at Sl.No. 221 of Bengaluru Gazette the said Wakf is managed by Sri. Syed Farooq S/o A Basheer as Muthavalli appointed by the Boards vide order No. KBW/APM/59/BNU/2010-11 dated: 30.06.2010 for a period of (3) three years and the term of Muthavalli was extended time and again. And its term expired on 25.12.2017. The Waqf Officer, District Waqf Officer, Bengaluru (U) vide his letter dated 27.02.2018 has reported that the term of Muthavalli has expired and requested to extend the term of Muthavalli for a further period of three (3) years. There after a representation dated: 07.03.2018 received from the residents of locality and devotees stating that prior to appointment of Muthavalli the Board has constituted Managing Committee in the year 2006 and the mode of succession of the office of Muthavalli is not hereditary and it is by custom and it one Man show and Muthavalli is not maintaining accounts of the Gotak Amount Properly, and requested to constitute Managing Committee to the said Waqf. The Waqf officer District Waqf Advisory Committee, Bengaluru (U) vide is letter dated: 28.09.2018 & 29.10.2018 submitted report on the representation dated: 09.03.2018 stating that in view of conflict for between two groups, it is suggested to appoint and Administrator to the said wakf. A Consent letter dated: 13.11.2018 received from Sri.Ummer Khan Retd Police Sub-Inspector for the appointment of Administrator to the said waqf . This matter was placed before the Administrator, Karnataka State Board of Auqaf, on 15.11.2018 and he has accorded approval to assume the said Wakf under Direct Management of the Board and appointment of Administrator to said Wakf as proposed. Hence this order. Order No.KTW/CMC/APPT/16/BNU/2016-17, Dated: 19.11.2018. In view of the facts mentioned in the preamble and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995, the KSBA, hereby assumed Waqf institution viz. Dargah hazrath Mastani Amma, BSA Road, Tannary Road, Bengaluru under direct management of the Board an appoints Sri. Ummar Khan Retd. Police Sub Inspector, No. 4/09, 1st Cross 1st Main, Gongadanhalli Chandra layout Bengaluru, 560039 as its Administrator, to manage the day to days affairs of the said Wakf for a period of Three (3) months or until further orders whichever is earlier. The Administrator shall function in accordance with the provisions of the Waqf Act, 1995 as amended 2013 and Karnataka Waqf Rules, 2017, and the directions issued by the Karnataka State Board of Auqaf, Bengaluru, from time to time.
