met in regular session on the above date with President Doris M.
Ward presiding.
CALLING THE ROLL
The meeting was called to order at 2:10 p.m. On call nt the
roll, the following Supervisors were noted presenl

Ward - 6.
Noted absent at first roll call:
Supervisors Alioto, Britt, Gonzalez, Hallinan, Hsieh - s.
Quorum present.
Supervisor Alioto was noted present at 2:15 p.m.
Supervisor Britt was noted present at 2:28 p.m.
Supervisor Gonzalez was noted present at 2:15 p.m.
Supervisor Hallinan was noted present at 2:13 p.m.

APPROVAL OF JOURNALS
There being no errors, corrections or omissions. Supervisor
Achtenberg, seconded by Supervisor Kennedy, moved that the Journals
of Proceedings for Monday, March 18, and Monday, March 25, 1991, be
approved.
Motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Supervisors Achtenberg, Hallinan, Kennedy, Maher, Migden,
Shelley, Ward - 7.
