Ward presiding. CALLING THE ROLL The meeting was called to order at 2:10 p.m. On call nt the roll, the following Supervisors were noted presenl Supervisors Achtenberg, Kennedy, Maher, Migden, Shelley, Ward - 6. Noted absent at first roll call: Supervisors Alioto, Britt, Gonzalez, Hallinan, Hsieh - s. Quorum present. Supervisor Achtenberg, seconded by Supervisor Kennedy, moved that the Journals of Proceedings for Monday, March 18, and Monday, March 25, 1991, be approved.
