Starting this club was something Noble and Mr. Jaworek. You have both made a difference in our lives and we will hold that with us wherever our lives take us. You will be greatly missed. “He’s a guy that not just seniors will miss, but all of the students and faculty. We will miss the way he would make everyone happy.” Jay Vasconcellos “Mr. J helped everyone he could and would always do anything for anyone. He is a generous guy and all of the seniors will miss him. At least he is leaving with the best.” Adam Lake “Thanks for everything. Even your attempts to teach us everything you know.” Lindsey Costa & Shannon Loudin “You are the best teacher for hands on experience that I’ve had in my four years at Case. Thank you and you will be missed.” Al Lachance “Here is a guy that is not only a teacher but a great friend. When he is not in class, he is enjoying students company in the yearbook office. He always makes sure to stock the yearbook with goodies. Thank you, Mr. Noble.” Brittney Jean Robinson “Thank you for letting me chill in the yearbook office. You have contributed very positively in making my senior year a memorable one. You always look out for the best interest of your students. Thank you.” Tom Ferreira “Senior year in quite stressful at times and you provided a place to relax and get away from it all. We all appreciate all that you’ve done for us. Thanks very much. You da man!” Pat Paquette “Thank you for all your support over the years. You made math class enjoyable for me while teaching me so much. You are a great mentor and friend. I will surely miss you next year.” Liz Neales Dedication 9/^ “Our four years at Case left us with many great times we will always remember, and one day we will never be able to forget.” September 11, 2001 was a day of terror for all Americans as we witnessed four major terrorist attacks on our country. In a span of 18 minutes two American Airlines planes crashed into the two World Trade Center Towers. At Case High School we watched in horror as the two towers collapsed, killing thousands of innocent people. Also that morning a third plane plumaged into the Pentagon, leaving only four sides of the five sided building standing. A fourth plane, apparently heading for Washington D.C., crashed just north of Somerset County Airport, about 80 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. Nearly 3300 people were killed that day in New York City, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania. These acts of terror left not only Case High School students and faculty, but a nation of Americans, speechless. My first reaction, as well as many other students here at Case, was disbelief, shock, and fear. Each student was affected differently and expressed his or her reactions in various ways. Some displayed hatred and others a great deal of patriotism. Although it is sad it took such a horrible act of terrorism to truly bring this nation together, we should all be able to say, “I AM PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN.” This tragedy has pushed each of us in the Class of 2003 to become adults with a much greater love for our country. We will look back at this day and say that it has changed each and every one of us. This day will always be imbedded in our hearts and our minds as a day of prayer, a day of tears, a day of national resolve. We will travel on through life better people because of it, making decisions about ourfuture and working with problems we will all face to get there. The United States of America makes it clear that we are all individuals, free to accomplish life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Only now we are to remain united and will remain that way, “As one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty, and justice for all.” Emily Sousa, Class of 2003 Remembering 9/11 Uj rr o o' - r. r, ees '* 2003 Tr j jc:>,"//,s ,, yoo ece e part c* your life tl //ill O' g rer' er e' r e ac* . * es *- : you parti 2 in, and you' *eevere a ar;~ ' ere:c's snare cages with '0 surely as they h a /e >' a tec yy~ e of you' ~ portant moments High School experience w* be a significant part of your adij memories and acquaintances wM be revitafized in future reul get-togethe's a'S os'*' .ec fhe^os' cs I offe' yo j *:' e g eo jates c* *' e c ess c" 2003 my sin congratulations and best wishes- Your class has endured a deal as //e as oe'g ‘~'e r's~ to ~~e: re new grad requirement Your legacy and aocompfcshments will alway: the "class of 03 ans its zjt 'ec.
