E XECUTIVE SUMMARY
In our module, Entertainment Design, we are given the task of
promoting an event for a fictional character using various
creative strategies. Once the character was fleshed out,
characteristics and personalities were given to define that
person. Our group have chosen to create a musician by the
name of Jacky Aries - a super pop star in today’s world.
Jacky Aries is a world-renown singer who inspires people with
her eclectic and uplifting music. What is most captivating
about her is that she is an ocean conservationist who uses her
popularity to reach out and spread marine awareness. Her
concept lies within the pelagic realms as can be seen in all her
images and advertisements. She has a mission to save the
aquatic life from destruction, starting with her favourite animal,
the jellyfish.
We are tasked with producing promotional materials for Jacky
Aries whereby they are mockups of what we visualize for our
“client”. Everything is done in digital comps to make it more
practical and versatile. For starters, it begins with an event
poster for Jacky, followed by a microsite to launch her new
album and so on. We strive to make our work the best as
possible to produce convincing materials, as if Jacky Aries is
really alive.

AUDIENCE
Jacky Aries target audience identify as people who like Alterna-
tive R&B mixture of Pop or Pop R&B in general.
The majority of R&B fans are male and female can be all around
the world, cause mostly her song is using international language
which is English. The fans can be from teenagers and young adults
around the ages of 15-25. Therefor, for her lyrics can be explicit
in some song and the mature content that the artist’s produce.
Jacky Aries Electrodyssey album songs mostly are related to
ocean therefor may also attract new audience who are ocean
lover too. Her target audiences are also those who frequently
listen to relevant radio and TV stations such as MTV, Capital-
ism.FM, HIT.FM, V Channel and Kiss who play a lot of R&B and
Pop songs.
The target audience are mostly more female listeners because
the world look her as queen of R&B, a lot young teenager look at
her as an idol. The male fans will be less because female fans like
her R&B style of music more than male listener. Her song are
mostly related to young teenager girl dream and love so a lot
young teenager can relate to her song, as well her style of fashion
and trend inspirited a lot young teenager wan to be like her. The
male fans are mostly attracted by her representation of wealth
and her passion toward ocean protection.
