Aims and Scope
The Journal will publish original contributions on all aspects of gross morphology, paleomorphology, macro- and microanatomy, ultrastructure,
functional and experimental morphology, and embryonic and post-embryonic development, including experimental embryology of insects; and similar
studies of other related arthropods, which have direct bearing on our understanding of insect morphology and embryology. In addition, reviews
developing new concepts, hypotheses and theories, and a limited number of notes and book reviews will be published.
All papers submitted to the Journal must clearly relate to the above-mentioned aspects of morphology and embryology. Primarily physiological or
biochemical papers will not ordinarily be accepted.
