CICM was part of the Computational Logic Autumn Summit (CLAS 2022), whichtookplaceduringSeptember19–30,2022,andwashostedbyIvaneJavakhishvili TbilisiStateUniversity. With the continuing, rapid progress of digital methods in communications, knowledge representation, processing, and discovery, the unique character and needs of mathematical information require unique approaches. Separate communities have developed theoretical and practical solutions for these challenges including compu- tation, deduction, narration, and data management. CICM brings these communities together, offeringavenuefordiscussinganddevelopingsolutionstoproblemsposedby theintegrationofthesediverseareas. CICM was initially formed in 2008 as a joint meeting of communities involved incomputeralgebrasystems,theoremprovers,andmathematicalknowledgemanage- ment, aswellasthoseinvolvedinavarietyofaspectsofscientificdocumentarchives. Since then, the conference has been held annually: Birmingham (UK, 2008), Grand Bend(Canada,2009),Paris(France,2010),Bertinoro(Italy,2011),Bremen(Germany, 2012), Bath (UK, 2013), Coimbra (Portugal, 2014), Washington D.C. (USA, 2015), Białystok (Poland, 2016), Edinburgh (UK, 2017), Hagenberg (Austria, 2018), Prague (CzechRepublic,2019),Bertinoro(Italy,2020,virtual),andTimis¸oara(Romania,2021, virtual).CICM2022wasorganizedinhybridmode. CICM 2022 solicited 37 formal submissions. Each submission was assigned to at leastthreeProgramCommittee(PC)membersandwasreviewedinsingle-blindmode. Thecommitteedecidedtoaccept24papersincluding17regularones,oneproject/survey paper, four short papers describing software systems and datasets, and two papers highlighting the development of systems and tools in the last year. Besides the for- mal submissions, eight papers describing work in progress were also presented at the conference. Thereviewingprocessincludedaresponseperiodinwhichtheauthorscouldrespond and clarify points raised by the reviewers. In addition to the main sessions, a special doctoral program was organized, providing a forum for PhD students to present their research and get advice from senior members of the community.
