Failuretoensure synchronizationwill causetheupgradeto fail. Note WhendeployingtheCiscoAPIC-EMinavirtualenvironment,youmustfirstconfiguretheVMware systembeforeinstallingCiscoAPIC-EM.ToinstallCiscoAPIC-EM,youneedtodownloadtheISO imagecontainingthecontrollerfromCisco.comandthenmaptheISOimagetotheVMwaresystemand bootfromit.
