(ii) PleaseseetheFSINHousingNeedsAssessmentSurveyTrainingGuideforthe materialsrequired. (iii) NOTESTOTHETRAINER Thetextofthistrainingguideconsistsofinstructionstothetrainerandportionsoftext tobereadverbatimtothetrainees. Thetextthatyouaretoreadaloudisprintedinboldletters. Instructionstothetrainerareprintedinlight(ordinary)letters.Textprintedthiswayis forthetraineronlyandshouldnotbereadtothetrainees. ManyofthecensustermsanddefinitionsmaynotbeeasilyunderstoodbytheCensus Representative. Ifthisoccurs,trytoexplainusingterminologythattheCensus Representativecanunderstandandtrytogiveexamplesthatarepertinenttothe reserve/settlement. Makeanoteofthetimeatthestartandfinishofeachsession. Attheendofthe training,youwillberequiredtotellthetraineeshowmanyhoursmaybeclaimedfor training. Trainingisscheduledtolastapproximately10.5hours. Iftheclassroomsessionstake slightlylongerorshorterthanthisestimate,youmaymakeminorchangestothehours. Breaksareatthetrainer'sdiscretionsincetherearenoformalperiodsoftraining. A10minutebreakisrecommendedforeach45minutesoftraining. IMPORTANT: Fivecopiesofattachments1,2and3areprovidedatthebackofthis trainingguidefordistributiontothetrainees.Ensurethatyouhaveenough copiesforyourclass.
