Proteronolum with broad rostrum. Integument smooth except for punctuations on gnaihosternum between postoral setae. Sublamella mainly obscured in dorsal aspect by laminar lamella. Tutorium not present, although short ridge present around base of rostralsetae (/l). Sensory seta (s2)clavate, with long ellipsoidal caput more than twice length ofexposed stalk. Sub-bothridial flange conspicuous. Posterior marginofbothndium roundedwithouttooth-lite spur. Imerlamellar seta (J2) about x2 distance j2-z\. Hysteronotumwith 14pairsofsmallsetae(5J, 6Z,35). Foramina with small oval refractile saccule without parallel sided duct, all similar in size. Idiosternal setae fine and short, peripheral setae longer, UandJZablongest. Integumentwith indistinct reticulatesculpturingincoxisternalregion. Genital seta JZglclosertoJZg\ thanJZg3. Discidiumheightless than€.5 x heightofrjedotectumII, coxiteseta/K3 near, butposteriortoapex, Eggsubellipsoidal, exochorion smooth, mean size 132 x 65 (n = 4), length 49% ofsomal length, one egg per female.
