HUMAN RIGHTS QUARTERLY A COMPARATIVE AND INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF THE SOCIAL SCIENCES, HUMANITIES, AND LAW VOLUME 27 INDEX 2005 HUMAN RIGHTS QUARTERLY is published in February, May, August, and Novem- ber. It is a journal offering scholars in the fields of law, philosophy, and the social sciences an interdisciplinary forum in which to present comparative and interna- tional research on public policy within the scope of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
