HUMAN RIGHTS QUARTERLY A COMPARATIVE AND INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF THE SOCIAL SCIENCES, HUMANITIES, AND LAW VOLUME 22 INDEX 2000 HUMAN RIGHTS QUARTERLY is published in February, May, August, and Novem- ber. It is a journal offering scholars in the fields of law, philosophy, and the social sciences an interdisciplinary forum in which to present comparative and interna tional research on public policy within the scope of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. HUMAN RIGHTS QUARTERLY by design is tied to no particular ideology. It is sponsored by the Urban Morgan Institute for Human Rights, College of Law, University of Cincinnati.
