She is Director of open programs at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School, and professor of practice in academic leadership. She consults internationally with a range of organisations and has worked with HSBC based in Hong Kong and Monash Mount Elisa Business School in Australia. Pam’s passion is helping managers to develop their leadership potential and helping teams to enhance their performance. She has published five books including Managing for Performance and The Performance Management Pocketbook. viki holton Viki is Senior Research Fellow at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School. Over the last 20 years she has been involved in a number of major research projects including women as leaders, diversity, motivation and team development. For a number of years she was a member of the Ashridge Centre for Business and Society and closely involved in the early development of the European Women’s Management Development Network. Viki regularly presents at conferences internationally. For over a decade, Angela has worked extensively with teams from all sectors both nationally and internationally. Her research is in the field of experiential and holistic approaches to learning. Out of this research, she has created a coaching framework which encourages a balanced approach between thinking, feeling and doing.
