GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTERS OralPresentations Each session room is equipped with a stationary computer connected to a LCD projector. Presenters must load theirpresentationfilesinadvanceontothesessioncomputer. Technicianpersonnelwillbeavailabletoassistyou. Scheduled time slots for presentation are 20 mn for regular and invited prensentations, 45 mn for plenary talks, and30mnforkeynotetalks,includingquestionsanddiscussions. Presentersarerequiredtoreporttotheirsession 4 roomandtotheirsessionChairatleast15minutespriortothestartoftheirsession. The session chair must be present in the session room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session and muststrictlyobservethestartingtimeandtimelimitofeachpaper.
