Notification
The 11th January, 2019
No. SEC/4E-II/2019/15.— Whereas the State Election Commission vide its Notification No. SEC/4E-II/
2017/2444, dated 17.10.2017 had notified the name of Sh. Zila Singh S/o Sh. Kartara Ram under section 161(4) of the
Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Chairman of Panchayat Samiti Babain, District Kurukshetra.
2. And, whereas, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Kurukshetra vide his letter
No. 64/Panchayat, dated 07.01.2019 has informed that in a meeting held on 04.01.2019 “No Confidence Motion” has
been passed against Sh. Zila Singh, Chairman, Panchayat Samiti Babain, District Kurukshetra and has requested to
de-notify his name as such
3. In view of above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Zila Singh S/o
Sh. Kartara Ram as Chairman of Panchayat Samiti, Babain, District Kurukshetra with immediate effect.
