No. 46 -Agri. Sec.-(3)-2019/ 608.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 17
of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf,
the Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Shri Sajjan Singh urf Lilu S/o Shri Raghubir Singh, VPO,
Ladpur Distt. Jhajjar as a Producer Member of Market Committee, Jhajjar against the vacancy caused due to the
death of Late Shri Satbir Singh.
2. In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section 1 of section 16 of the said act, the Governor of Haryana is
further pleased to nominate Shri Sajjan Singh urf Lilu S/o Shri Raghubir Singh, VPO, Ladpur Distt. Jhajjar as
Chairman of Market Committee, Jhajjar with immediate effect.
3. The appointment as a Producer Member as well as Chairman will be subject to the condition that the term of
the Office shall expire on the same date as the term of the Office of the vacating member would have expired head the
latter held office for the full period allowed under Section-14.
