Notification
The 17th January, 2018
No. 83-SW(1)-2018.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to nominate Development & Panchayat
Department Haryana for rural areas and Urban Local Bodies Department Haryana for urban areas as authorized
agency to identity and declare waste picker/waste collector in the State. Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance &
Development Corporation is designated as State Channelizing Agency for providing financial assistance to the
declared waste pickers/waste collector under the schemes of National Safai Karamchari Finance and Development
Corporation as well as Rehabilitation of Manual Scavengers and Safai Karamcharis.
