The 4th January, 2018
No. 33-SW-(3)-2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 49 of the Juvenile
Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (Central Act 2 of 2016), the Governor of Haryana hereby
establishes the following places of safety for the purposes of the said sub-section, namely:-
1. Observation Home, Madhuban, Karnal;
2. One room of Special Home, Sonepat.
