GAZ., JAN. 2, 2018 (PAUS. 12, 1939 SAKA) (Authorised English Translation) HARYANA GOVERNMENT PRINTING AND STATIONERY DEPARTMENT Notification The 28th December, 2017 No. G.S.R.-I/Const./Art. 309/2017.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Printing and Stationery Department (Class III) Ministerial Service Rules, 1976, namely :- 1. These Rules may be called the Haryana Printing and Stationery Department (Class III) Ministerial Service (Amendment) Rules, 2017. 2. In the Haryana Printing and Stationery Department (Class III) Ministerial Service Rules, 1976, in Appendix B, under columns 2 and 3, against the post of Driver (Staff Car), for existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- 2 3 By Promotion “(i) Matric; (i) Matric; (ii) Should have a light and heavy vehicle valid (ii) Three years experience as Class IV employee; driving license, in plains as well as in hills, at (iii) Should have a light and heavy vehicle valid least three years old ; driving Licence, in plains as well as in hills at (iii) Should have passed the driving test conducted by least three years old; the Haryana Staff Selection Commission; (iv) Should have passed the driving test conducted by (iv) Should not be colour blind; the Department; (v) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or higher (v) Should not be colour blind; education. (vi) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or higher education; (vii) Should not be more than fifty years age.’’. S.N.
