(EXTRA.), JAN. 24, 2017 (MAGH. 4, 1938 SAKA) [Authorized English Translation] HARYANA GOVERNMENT REVENUE AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT Notification The 24th January, 2017 No. S.O.13/P.A.17/1887/S.5/2017.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act,1887 (Punjab Act 17 of 1887) read with section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act 16 of 1908), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, notification No. S.O.49/P.A.17/1887/S.5/2016, dated 04th November, 2016, namely :- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, notification No. S.O.49/P.A.17/1887/S.5/2016, dated the 4th November, 2016, :- (i) for the words “tahsil Shahbad” occurring twice, the words and sign “sub-tahsil Babain” shall be substituted; and (ii) for the words and sign “Shahbad Sub-Division”, the words and sign “Thanesar Sub-Division” shall be substituted.
