Notification
The 3rd january, 2017.
No. 5733-Ft.-2-2016/23298.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Sub-section (1) of
Section 4 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Central Act 16 of 1927), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the
following amendment in the Haryana Government, Forest Department, Notification No. S.O. 149/C.A. 16/27/S.4/87,
dated the 18th December, 1987, namely:-
Amendment
In the Haryana Government, Forest Department, Notification No. S.O. 149/C.A. 16/27/S.4/87, dated the
18th December, 1987, in clause (b), for the words “ the District Revenue Officer”, the words “Sh. Rajbir Singh,
Indian Forest Service (Retired)” shall be substituted.
