(EXTRA.), JAN. 22, 2016 (MAGH. 2, 1937 SAKA) [Authorized English Translation ] HARYANA GOVERNMENT HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 22nd January, 2016 No. S.O.1/H.A.25/1975/S.4/2016.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak Act, 1975 (25 of 1975), the Governor of Haryana hereby specifies that from the academic session 2015-2016 onwards, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, shall cease to exercise its power over the Textile Institute of Technology and Science, Bhiwani : Provided that any student of this institute associated with or admitted to the Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak before the said date, who was studying for any degree or diploma examination of that University shall be permitted to complete his/her course in preparation thereof and that University shall hold for such students, examinations in accordance with the curricula of study in force in that University for such period, as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations.
