issuedvideendst No. 608/WCD/CW-1/CC-6/2010, dated 16th December, 2010 and in continuation of previous orders
issued in this regardvideHaryana Government Social Justice & Empowerment Department order No. 3578 -SE -I, 88,
dated 5th January, 89 and No. SD. 181 -CA. 56/2000/S. 61/2001, dated 10th December, 2001 in exercise of powers
conferred by Section 61(3) of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2000 and Rule 92 (4) (11) the
Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize the following for the management and administration of the Juvenile
Justice Fund under the control of State Advisory Board under Section 61 of the Juvenile Justice Act and to exercise the
financial powers to incur expenditure from the Fund as under :-
1. Driector, Women & Child Development Department. Upto Rs. 0.30 Lac
2. Administrative Secretary, Women & Child Development Department. Upto Rs. 3.00 Lac
3. Women & Child Development Department. Minister. Upto Rs. 5.00 Lac
4. The Board will have full power. Above Rs. 5.00 Lac
