IRRIGATION AND POWER DEPARTMENT
The 18th January, 2010
the land described in Haryana Government Notification No. 2534/2-L, dated
23rd March, 2009 issued under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 (Amendment Act 1984) has been declared
to be needed at the expenses of Irrigation Department, Haryana for a public purpose, namely, constructing, "Nosuha
Minor from KM 0.054 to KM 2.000 off taking at KM 6.530-R of Satnali Feeder in Village Bhagot in Tehsil and District
Mahendergarh".
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by Section 7 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894, the Governor
of Haryana hereby directs the District Revenue Officer -II -cum -Land Acquisition Collector, Rewari to take orders for the
acquisition of the land described in the specification appended to the declaration published with the aforesaid notification.
It is hereby declared that the land described in the specification below is required urgently for the above purpose.
