No. 50/19/2006 -SW.--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Shri A. Sreeni vas, IAS, Secretary, Board of School Education, Haryana,
Bhiwani as Special Executive Magistrate in the State of Haryana during the period of Annual Examinations to be
conducted by the Board of School Education, Haryana with effect from 16th February, 2009 to 10th March, 2009.

Order
The 29th January, 2009
the land described in the Haryana Government, Horne Department, Notification
No. 11190/P-4, dated the 29th August, 2008, issued under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894),
has been declared to be needed by the Government, at public expense, for a public purpose, namely, for construction
of new building of Police Lines and CIA Staff and its quarters in Village Siwah, Tehsil and District Panipat.
Now, therefore,, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of
1894), the Governor of Haryana hereby directs the District Revenue Officer -cum -Land Acquisition Collector, Panipat,
to take order for the acquisition of land described in the specifications appended to the declaration published with the
aforesaid notification.
