The order issued vide this office letter No. 8934/2-L, dated 16th July, 2008 is hereby cancelled due to change of Land Acquisition and re -notified the order whereas, the land described in the Haryana Government, Notification No. 7300/2-L, dated 9th June, 2008 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been declared to be needed by the Government, at public expenses, for a public purpose, namely, for construction of Achina minor from RD 0 to 13100 off taking at RD 61000-R Bond Disty. in Villages Bass, Achina and Bhageswari in Tehsil Charkhi Dadri, District Bhiwani. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 7 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The Governor of Haryana direct the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) Charkhi Dadri-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, through this order for acquisition of land described in the specification appended to the declaration published with the notification. GAZ., JAN. 27, 2009 (MAGH. 7, 1930 SAKA) [PARTI PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (BUILDING AND ROADS BRANCH) The 19th January, 2009 it appears to the Governor of Haryana that land is likely to be required to be taker, by Government, at public expense, for a public purpose, namely, PVVD (B & R Branch) Rest House at Uchana.It is hereby notified that the land in the locality described below is likely to be acquired for the above purpose. This notification is made under the provision of Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to all whom it may concern. In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorise the officers for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants and workmen to enter upon and survey any land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section. Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the locality may within 30 days of the publication of this notification, file an objection in writing before the District Revenue Officer cum Land Acquisition Collector, Jind/Land Acquisition Officer, Public Works Department, (Building and Road Branch), Kaithal/ Hisar/Jind.
