GAZ., JAN. 20, 2009 (PAUS. 30, 1930 SAKA) [PART' IRRIGATION DEPARTMENT The 7th January, 2009 No. 29/268WN.-Whereas,it appears to the Governor of Haryana that land specified below is needed by the Government, at the public expenses, for public purpose, namely, for extension of new Sinsar Mr. from R. 16530 to 23430 in Villages Sinsar, Bidhrana and Singwal, Tehsil Narwana and District Jind.It is hereby notified that the land in the locality described below is needed for the above purpose. This notification is made under the provision of Section 4 of the Leid'i,AcquiSition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894), for the information of all to whom it may concern. In exercise of the powers,conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorises the officers of Public Works Department, Irrigation Branch, Haryana with their servants and workmen, for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the locality and do to all other acts required or permitted by that section. Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of land in the locality may, within a period of thirty days of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or in two daily newspapers circulating in the locality of which atleast one shall be in the regional language or publicity in locality, whichever is later, file, objection if any, in writing before the Sub -Divisional Officer -(Civil) -cum -Land Acquisition Officer/ Collector, Narwana. Plan of the land may be inspected in the Office of Land Acquisition Officer, Narwana and Executive Engineer, Narwana Water Services Division, Narwana.
