No. 7108 -R -2 -2003/322. - Whereas, the Governor of. Haryana is satisfied that the land specified below is
needed by the Central Government, at public expense,' for &Wile purpose, namely, for beautification, preservation
and development around centrally protected monument, Kabuli Bagh Mosque in Panipat by Archaeological Survey of
India, in Tehsil and District Panipat, for which Haryana Government, Revenue Department, Notification No. 1386-R-
11-2003/6675, dated the 6th June, 2003, under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894) has been
published, it is hereby declared that the land described in the specifications below is needed for the above purpose.
This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act I of 1894),
for the information of all to whom it may concern.
Plans of the land may be inspected in the Office of the District Revenue Officer -cum -Land Acquisition

(a) Construction of kitchen sheds in schools of rural areas from the fund available under
Sampurana Gramin Rozgar Yojna (SURY) of Ministry of Rural Development, Similarly, in the urban
slums, committee will consider construction of kitchen sheds under the Scheme of National Slum
Development Programme of Ministry of Urban Employment and Poverty Alleviation. In other, urban
' areas, kitchen shed will be constructed in the new schools sanctioned under the San/ Shiksha Abhiyan
.-(SSA)-Programme with an integrated design, if need be, additional funds for the already approved schools
can be provided under SSA.
(b) Self Helps Groups (SHGs) being promoted under the Sampurana Gramin Swarozgar Yojna (SGSY) of
Ministries of Rural Development and Urban Employment andPovertyAlleviation, will be given the task
for cooking and supplying meals to the children. Funds available under the scheme will be utilized
- optimally, Where formation and functioning of SHGs are weak, the State Governments and Local Bodies
may provideVmcluired funds for the programme.
3. The committee will meet from time to time to coordinate and monitor the activities undertaken at district and
field level and a.report will.be furnished to the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India,
New Delhi on a monthly basis.

No: it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needed by the
Governmelit.af:public expense, for a public purpose, namely, for the construction of Police Station Shahzadpur,
Tehsii.Naraingarh; District Ambala, it is hereby notified that the land in the locality described in the specification
below is needed for the above purpose.
This notification is made under the provisions of Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894),
for the information of all to whom it may concern.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorises the
Officers/Officials with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon and
survey the in locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.
Any person interested, who has any -objection to the acquisition of land in the locality, may, within a period of
thirty days of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or in two daily newspapers, circulating in the
'locality of which atleast one shall be in the regional language or publicity in the locality, whichever is later,
file an objection, if any, in writing before the District Revenue Officer -cum -Land Acquisition Collector, Ambala,
District Ambala.
