IRRIGATION AND POWER DEPARTMENT '
The 2nd/14th January, 1998
No. 26/2/95-3 MW exercise of powas conferred by Section 12 of the Punjab Electricity
(Duty) Act, 1958 as applicable to State of Haryana and all othees powers enabling him in this behalf,
the Governor of Haryana is pleased to oiler the following ammdments in the Haryana Government,
Irrigation and Power Department, Notification No. 26/2/95-3 MI &P dated 15th January, 1996.
AMENDMENT
In the Haryana Government, Irrigation and Power Department, NotifiCation No. 26/2/95-3
15th luau ry, 1,f St fc.F tin xisling schedule, the following schedule of negative list shall be
substituted,

3 Steel and Wooden Furniture.
4 Stone Crushers (Including RIS).
5 Power Cables Except XLPE Cables and Fibre optic Cables.
6 Paraffin wax based industries excluding chlorinated paraffin wax and the industry where tbe
Paraffin wax is required in nominal quality i. e. only upto 5% of th: total raw material
consumed by the unit.
7 Corrugation of GP/PB Sheets.
8 Caustic soda units except those based on membrance cell technology.
9 Simple Fabricated items like trunks, buckets, gamlas, windows, grills, trussess etc.
10 Ethanol Ethyl Alcohol based industries excupt non -molasses alcohol industries.
11 Khandsari Units.
12 Bricks made of oedinary earth including mechanised bricks where the ordinary earth content is
more than 50%
13 Thinners.
14 Induction and ARC lumen° with more than 0.5 MT capacity.
15 AAC/ACSR Conductors.
16 L. P. Gas cylinders.
17 Non -graded CI Casting.

The negative list will be effective from the date of issir; of this notification. The above list
shall not b. applicable to the Industrial Units set up under the Rural Industries Scheme except item
Nos. 4 and 20 above.
