HARYANA GOVT GAZ., JAN. 28, 1992 (MAGHA 8,1913 SAKA) [PART I No. powers 'conferred by-section 3 of the Colonization of Government Lands Act, 1912 (Punjab Act V of 1912), Shri Ugar Sain, HCS, Special Collector, Hissar is appointed as a Collector to perform all the functions and exercise all the powers under sections 17, 20 (3), 24, 25, 26, 32, 33 and 34 of the said Act within the limits of the Hissar District over the lands to which the said Act applies in respect of All State owned lands in the District under the management of the Public works Department, Haryana on the Rakh Hansi Bir in Hissar District. ( No. 50/102/9 2 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act No. Hof 1899) the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Shri Ugar Sain, HCS, Special collector, Hissar to perform the duties of a Collector under the said Act within the limits of the Hissar District.
