Annual Report (2) On or before February of each yesr, each agenoy shal submit tothe Attomey General 8 teport which shall cover the preceding fiscal yoar and which shal include: (1) The number of determinations made by the agency not ta comaly with requests for records made to such agency under §10108 of this Chaptor and the reagons for each such determination; GWA Response: To the bost af my knowledge, GWA has responded to all FOIA Requests for FY2017. (2) The number of requests for records pending before the agency as of September 20 ofthe preceding year, and the median number ef cays that ‘such requests had boon pending before the agency as ofthat dete: GWA Response: | am not aware of any pending requests. (3) The nuinber of requests for records received by the agency and the number of requests which the agency processed; GWA Response: For FY2017 GWA recolved sixteen (16) FOIA requests and responded. Iam not aware of any pending requests, Pom WlQir (4) The median number of days taken by the agency ta process diferent types of requests; GWA Response: GWA avaragod four (4) days to address the sixteen (16) FOIA requests.
