Throughout his tenure in the Anatomy lab Bob has become the "Master Dissector" and a stronq foundation upon which we all leaned during that rough and intense first semester of medical school. Professionally, he began to teach anatomy to select high school students. The department was so impressed with his innate ability to dissect and teach that he was soon teaching high school coaches, ultrasound technician students graduate, and finally, first year medical students. As Dr. Bo said, "Bob is a great dissector. He has incredible grasp ofthe 3ig picture that is invaluable in the teaching of medical students." Bob played a vital role in the development and publication oftwo exguisite reference textbooks dealing with the increasingly important field of cross-sectional anatomy i3uebiIiSccaotiaountshoornotnheavpausbalivcaastioornumdetoafiltihnegvtehretevbaraslaavnadsobrausimlaorfatrhteericeasr.otid artery and is involved in research and additional =<vvoeeDnne'ir!nntng^C..s^tnbuH!do,yw'.\d'Ie^t'ni's^'aw>si'tha'h^suhoniudsrycCioenlgloefggrmeaatdjietougrdreei,nesdpfeireroaptmiaoHdnimgiahrnadPtoiiionnfnitnaiCtnoedlalgneeagnetuoimininceJaulfnoewnidosnfdeos1sm9.9t0haatfttehrenCulmasesrooufs19a9n1daticrkelneoswslheoduaressof ' Student and Teaching Excellence Awards Teaching Excellence Awarded by the academic faculty, medical school administration, and student body.
