Juan Rocha is the executive chef at Grand
Villa Edmonton. He started his career in his
home town of Bogota. He went on to work at the
most prestigious restaurants and private golf club in
Colombia, excelling in fine cuisine. Chef Juan’s travels
lead him to Vancouver Canada where he entered the
Casino industry. Chef Juan lead the culinary department
in opening many restaurants. His passion for taking
on new challenges landed him in the hotel industry,
Chef Juan is known for his for creative menu
designs and ability to inspire new chefs.

The grand piano at Atlas Steak + Fish is one of the

is not the focus of Atlas, this beautiful feature is just

Booking Procedures:
Thank you for your interest in booking your event at Atlas Steak + Fish!
Our event management team will assist you with all of the details to execute a
memorable occasion for 10-200 guests. All details for your event can be arranged from
floral & room decor, entertainment and additional catering.
Atlas Boardroom
A rental fee of $50 per hour applies of all Food and Beverage orders under $2500. An 18% service
charge will be charged for all orders.

Groups of 20 or more guests will also be provided with a selection of event menus.
The menus will provide you with a choice menu in a three tiered price format. Our talented somalier
and wine enthusiasts will also include the perfect pairing selections for your convenince.

Buy Out Events:
Buy out events are available, minimum food and beverage charges and room
rentals may apply.

Reservation time may be restricted to maximize service
to all of our valued guests.
