Chairman GOVERNMENT OF GOA that the said draft Rules will be taken into consideration by the Government after the Department of Urban Development expiry of a period of fifteen days from the date (M unicipal Administration ) of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette . Short title and commencement.- (1 ) These rules may be called the Goa Municipalities (A mendment ) Rules , 2021 . (2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette . 2. Amendment of certain Rules framed under the Goa Municipalities Act , 1968 (A ct No. 7 of 1969 ). — In the Rules specified in the Schedule hereto , in the short title ,t he expression , "D aman and Diu " shall be omitted . Regulations , 2010 . (i ii) On page No. 2048 ,i n the schedule of the said notification at Sr. No. 20 of the RRs of the Corrigendum post of Operator Gr . II in Column No. 9 , the GOA words "E xp : Min . 5 yrs . as Attendant Gr . I" Date : appearing in second line of the first para shall January , 2022 be replaced with the words "E xp : Minimum 2 In the notification of the amended years as Operator Gr .I I (T rainee ) failing which Recruitment Rules (R Rs ) in respect of Class II, Min . 5 yrs . as Attendant Gr . (i ) On page No. 2012 , in the Schedule of the said notification at Sr. No. 2 of the RRs of the Guruprasad Rai post of Staff Nurse in Column No. 8 ,t he words Dy . Chairman of the Board of Trustees } of the Port of Mormugao . "m ore bedded hospital ." shall be added at the end part of the sentence . V. NO .
