Hundredand Preface Thisvolume cumulates and replaces the 1982 edition ofVolume 32 ofthe Official Code of Georgia Annotated, as supplemented by the 2001 Cumu- lative Supplement. The 1982 Volume 32 and its 2001 Supplement may be recycled or, if so desired, retained for historical purposes. This volume contains all laws specifically codified in Tide 44 (Chapters 8-15) by the General Assembly through the 2002 Session. This volume also contains case annotations reflecting decisions posted to LEXIS-NEX1S® through March 25, 2002.
