All of our projects are power generation and renewable fuel facilities. Our experience includes gas and oil-fired combined and simple-cycle power plants, wind, and solar facilities, wood/coal-fired plants, waste-to-energy plants, biodiesel plants, and ethanol plants, all performed on an EPC basis.   Our experience in development, engineering, construction, commissioning and the operation of power and renewable fuels facilities allows us to integrate all of these facets into our design and construction. Management of the project, from the initial design and procurement phases to final commissioning and turnover, is our strength. Throughout the entire project, safety and quality are our trademarks.   Gemma understands how to identify the keys to project success for all participants.   We start by identifying and assigning the right people, who are collectively dedicated to achieving the project objectives - the quality and commitment of the management team is the most significant contributing variable to the outcome of a project.   The Gemma organization is comprised of great people; we understand that they are our primary assets.   Project success also requires creative solutions to difficult problems.   Over the years, we have solved many difficult problems, ranging in nature from political, to technical, to labor-related issues.   We recognize that being flexible and adaptable, as well as always giving consideration to the long and short-term objectives of the parties involved, leads to the appropriate solutions.   Gemma is uniquely qualified to provide the leadership that will ensure your project's success.
