वायुसेना), र)ा >टाफ मु.यालय और अंतर सेवा संगठन मA (cid:31)धान मैकेिनक (यांि+क और वैBतु ), मकै ेिनक (यांि+क) और सहायक मैकेिनक
(यांि+क) के पद$ पर भत3 क: पCित का िविनयमन करने के िलए िनDिलिखत िनयम बनाते ह,F अथाHत:् ————

वायुसेना), र)ा >टाफ मु.यालय और अंतर सेवा संगठन, (cid:31)धान मैकेिनक (यांि+क और वैBतु ), मैकेिनक (यांि+क) और सहायक मैकेिनक
(यांि+क) समूह ‘ग’ पद भत3 िनयम, 2019 ह।ै

(क) िजसने ऐसे Yि" से िजसका पित या िजसक: प[ी जीिवत ह,ै िववाह (cid:4)कया ह;ै या
(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी प[ी के जीिवत रहते ’ए (cid:4)कसी Yि" से िववाह (cid:4)कया ह,ै
उ" पद पर िनयुि" का पा+ नह\ होगा :
पर(cid:29)तु य(cid:4)द के(cid:29)]ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता ह ै(cid:4)क ऐसा िववाह उस Yि" और िववाह के अ(cid:29)य प)कार को लागू >वीय
िविध के अधीन अनु^ेय ह ैऔर ऐसा करने के िलए अ(cid:29)य आधार ह Fतो वह (cid:4)कसी Yि" को इस िनयम के (cid:31)वतHन से छूट दे सकेगी।
6. ििििशशशशििििथथथथलललल ककककररररनननन ेे ेेकककक(cid:21)(cid:21)(cid:21)(cid:21) शशशशिििि//// ....———— जहां के(cid:29)]ीय सरकार क: यह राय ह ै(cid:4)क ऐसा करना आव_यक या समीचीन ह,ै वहां वह उसके िलए जो
कारण ह,F उ(cid:29)ह AलेखबC करके, इन िनयम$ के (cid:4)कसी उपबंध को (cid:4)कसी वगH या (cid:31)वगH के Yि"य$ क: बाबत, आदेश (cid:30)ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी।
7. 0000ााााववववििृृििृृ2222 ....———— इन िनयम$ क: कोई बात, ऐसे आर)ण, आय-ु सीमा मA छूट और अ(cid:29)य Sरयायत$ पर (cid:31)भाव नह\ डालेगी, िजनका
के(cid:29)]ीय सरकार (cid:30)ारा इस संबंध मA समय-समय पर जारी (cid:4)कए गए आदशे $ के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जाितय$, अनुसूिचत जनजाितय$, अ(cid:29)य
िपछड़ ेवगb, भूतपूवH सैिनक$ और अ(cid:29)य िवशेष (cid:31)वगH के Yि"य$ के िलए उपबंध करना अपेि)त है।

S.R.O. 02.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces Headquarters and Inter Service Organisations (Group ‘C’
Mechanical Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2000, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to certain Group ‘C’
posts of Head Mechanic (Mechanical and Electrical), Mechanic (Mechanical) and Assistant Mechanic (Mechanical) in the
Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army, Navy, Air), Defence Staff Headquarters and Inter Service
Organisation, under the Ministry of Defence, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Integrated
Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army, Navy, Air), Defence Staff Headquarters and Inter Service Organisations,
Head Mechanic (Mechanical and Electrical), Mechanic (Mechanical) and Assistant Mechanic (Mechanical), Group ‘C’
Posts Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Applicable .—These rules shall apply to posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. —The number of said posts, their classification and
level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. — The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications
and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
5. Disqualification. — No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax. —Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it
may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class
or category of persons.

7. Saving .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required
to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Class, ex-servicemen and other special
categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

in a well established Engineering firm
or a Printing establishment.
4. Must possess knowledge or ability of
mechanism, repair, maintenance,
operation and installation of machines
used in the printing industry (other
than Lino or Mono and casting
machines) and ability to read and
understand technical literature and
write names of spare parts.

Note 1 : The departmental officers in the
feeder category who are in the direct line of
promotion shall not be eligible for
consideration for appointment on
deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall
not be eligible for consideration for
appointment by promotion.

Note 2 : The Period of deputation
including period of deputation in another
ex-cadre post held immediately preceding
