Government Colony, behind Gajraj Colony, Vishram- bag, Sangli, Maharashtra, contesting candidate at the Genera Election to the Lok Sabha held from the 46- Sangali Parliamentary Constituency has failed to lodge 3491 GI/2000—1 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : TANUAKV 6, 200J.TAUSA 1(5, 1922 LPART II—SEC. 3(Jii)| any account of his|her election expenses as by the Re- presentation of the People Act, 1951 and the Rules made thereunder. And whereas, the said candidates have either not furnished any re;(son or explanation for the said failure even after due notice by the Election.
