PM peak mobility increased. Minor: 407– 91.0% Northbound I-270 at Manchester MO 100 took over the top congested WORK ZONE CRASHES: 45 spot this quarter same as the previous year to date Planned Event Location: Eastbound / Westbound I-44 at I-270 Date: Entire Quarter Event Detail: Continued Bridge work - daily lane closures and additional travel times of up to 23 minutes during non-peak hours. Unplanned Event Location: Westbound I-270 past Northbound I-170 Event Detail: Police Investigation for a shooting resulting in a two-vehicle crash and a secondary crash. TMC personnel overheard emergency units being dispatched to a crash on Westbound I-270 west of I-170 while actively Date: 12-13 monitoring scanner traffic. A driver of a passenger vehicle was fatally shot. The vehicle was hit numerous times causing the driver to lose control and collide with a tractor trailer. The driver was pronounced at the scene.
