held.Itisagreatpleasureformetoseesomanypeoplecometogetherfortheadvanceofandprogressofthe technologyinaspecificfield. Fromhand-writtenmailstotelegraphs,fixed-linetelephonesandtoday’smobilephoneswhichcouldbasically provide a connection to any one at any place in the world, we humans have made tremendous progress in communicationstechnology. Insteadofcomingtoanendofdevelopment,communicationtechnologiesareactuallyatitsfastgrowingstage; therearemorepossibilitiesforfuturecommunicationtechnologiesprovidedbytheachievementswehavemade ratherthanlimits.Forthisreason,wehavedecidedtoorganizethisinternationalconferenceoncommunication technologies.ItisintendedthattheinnovativeideasandinspiringstudiespresentedatFCTE2014willbenefit otherresearchesinthefuturebyotherpeople.Withthepublicationofthisbook,Iamsurethatthispurposewill bewithinourreach.
