The Isabel L. Davi' Memonal Av.ard was established in 1986 "to recognize long-term accomplishments and excellence in promoting rauonal inqull)' into reponed UFO sighungs and related phenomena." The Fund's major public education project during this period was coordination of a seminar, "My\teries of the Slcy," at a communny college in the Washingto.n, D.C. . area.
