Conference on Civil, Architecture and Disaster PreventionandControl(CADPC2022)whichwasplannedtobeheldinGuangzhou,China,was heldvirtuallyonlineduringMarch25–27,2022.Thedecisiontoholdthevirtualconferencewas madeincompliancewithmanyrestrictionsandregulationsthatwereimposedbycountriesaround the globe. Such restrictions were made to minimize the risk of people contracting or spreading the COVID-19 through physical contact. There were 120 individuals who attended this online conference, representedmanycountriesincludingMalaysia,Iran,IndiaandChina. CADPC2022focusedonconstructiontechnology,disasterprediction,disasterpreventionand control, and post-disaster reconstruction. The conference provided a platform for scholars from universitiesathomeandabroad, researchersandengineerstoshareresearchresultsandcutting- edgetechnologies.Allattendantsgetthechancetoknowaboutupdatedacademictrends, develop newwayofthinking, improveacademicresearchanddiscussions, andpromoteindustrialization ofresearchfindings.
