FOOD POLICY Volume 21, 1996 Contents and Author Index & Pergamon FOOD POLICY Food Policy is an international, multidisciplinary journal dealing with the economics, planning and politics of food, agriculture and nutrition. The journal provides the reader with a single source of information on the many factors which influence the formulation and implementation of food policy. Issues examined have included the role of food in international trade, agricultural pricing policies, agricultural marketing, food security, food aid, structural readjustment, famine, nutrition planning, food control, food science and agricultural research.
