Two districts are eligible for the SRSA grant in 2020-21 that were not eligible in 2019-20. 005-124 Purdy R-II (Dual in 20-21, RLIS in 19-20) 078-005 South Pemiscot Co R-V (Dual in 20-21, RLIS in 19-20) Ten districts are eligible for the Rural Low-Income in 2020-21 that were not eligible in 2019-20: 023-101 Clark Co. R-I (Census Poverty from 19.72% to 21.84%) 028-101 Crawford Co. R-I (Census Poverty from 16.26% to 20.27%) 054-039 Lafayette Co.
