The control panel is able to manage the fire detection through one or two analogue addressed lines; every loop is able to control up to 240 devices (detectors and modules IN/OUT). The system is provided with a 16-bit microprocessor with RAM, one flash memory and one eeprom memory for the non-volatile storage of the configuration data. The control panel can be programmed through its alphanumeric keypad or through a Windows-dedicated software, which is provided with the unit. The control panel can be easily programmed through its keyboard also by non-trained users. The programming can be carried out through driven menus, completely available in the english language. Like all TELEDATA products, EOLO can be centrally managed on the integrated monitoring and control system WINWATCH32 through lines RS232/485, TCP/IP and communication protocol CEI/ABI; the control panel complies with the standards EN-54/2 and EN-54/4 as well as with the harmonised European standards as far as the electromagnetic compatibility with the CE marking is concerned. DISPLAY The control panel is provided with a 2 x 40 character backlight display where every kind of alarm or fault is displayed. The user can steadily program and control the status of the device through the display. Pag 8/8 EOLO PROGRAMMING/US ER INSTRUCTIONS Eolo_programming_35 May 2013 Rev. 3.4 POWER SUPPLY LED Under the light display are presents some leds indicating how the control panel is fed and power supply/battery charger system faults. They are: - 220 V Power supply presence (green led) indicating with fixed led on, the 220 Volts power supply presence - power supply from battery (yellow led) indicating, with fixed led on, the unit supplied from battery because the 220 Volts power supply isn’t present. Moreover (with and without 220 Volts power supply presence) the led blink with battery voltage below 21,6 V. - battery no present (yellow led) indicating, with fixed led on, battery not installed into the panel or battery cables cut. - battery charger system fault (yellow led) indicating, with fixed led on, a fault or anomaly functionality regarding battery charger system present into the panel ALARMS/FAULTS LEDS ALARM/FAULT LED FUNCTION COLOUR ALARM RED LED fixed on in the event of fire detection alarm and blinking in the gas module pre alarm event or in the garrisoned/not garrisoned pre alarm event. FAULT YELLOW LED on to indicate that a fault is presents (normally turned on with fault specific led example loop fault led) MONITORED OUT FAULT YELLOW LED on to indicate cut or short circuit on cables used to connect the load to the monitored out SOUNDER FAULT YELLOW LED on to indicate cut or short circuit on cables used to connect the load to the sounder out LOOP FAULT YELLOW LED on to indicate a fault on loop connection cables (cut or short circuit) or sensor/module fault. GROUND FAULT YELLOW LED on in the event of a ground leakage of the device. It is therefore necessary to react in order to solve the problem.
