In Congress, Jim serves on the Budget Committee and Armed Services Committee, and is Policy Co-Chair of the Blue Dog Coalition, a group of 37 fiscally-conservative Democrats. A for¬ mer attorney and investment banker, Jim has been chairman of the audit committees of three public companies.
