Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks Region 3 1400 S. 19th Bozeman, MT 59715 September, 1994 Description of Proposed Action: The Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks proposes to grant a utility easement 30' wide and nearly 300' long, along the south property line. Water and sewer services would be laid so as to connect the planned development west of Bozeman Ponds FAS. Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) find ABlatseerdnaotnitvheeIaI,nalyEsaissemeinntthaeppErnovviarlonwmietnhtaMlitiAgsasteisosnm, entto(bEAe)t,heI preferred alternative for the overall planning of the area. All comments received supported granting the easement. Easement on the subject property and recommended changes to the document to the draft EA will be accepted as the final EA with minor changes. I have evaluated the EA and applicable laws, regulations, and policies and have determined that this action will not have a significant effect on the human environment. Therefore, an environmental impact statement will not be prepared. The final Environmental Assessment, and the FONSI may be viewed at or obtained from the Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks, Region 3, Bozeman, Montana.
